- We can not be responsible for any shipping delays beyond our control once your parcel has been despatched.
- Please be aware of any tax, duty or handling charges imposed by your customs or postal service, as we can not be held responsible for these.
Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size purchases, however we can offer an online credit for all full priced items returned provided the following conditions are met;
All goods must be returned within 7 days of receiving your parcel (14 days for International orders). We will not accept any returns after the return period and without a "return request" submitted (please do not send your return garments back until the return has been authorised). We recommend returning items through traceable mail as any returned items that are not received by Keooula will not be issued with a credit/refund (please ask your local post office if you are unsure how to return items to us that have tracking ID).
All purchases of SALE items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. All items purchased during a promo or flash sale is also considered a SALE ITEM and therefore cannot be returned/exchange. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on swimwear and earrings.
Returns must be received in original condition as defined below:

When trying on garments, please avoid wearing perfume, deodorant or makeup which may soil the garment. Returned items that are not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. We reserve the right to return the garment to the customer if we believe the garment is not in its original condition.
Due to the fast turnover of stock, we cannot guarantee that we will have a different size in stock to exchange. For this reason any returns will automatically be issued as a credit note, either purchase a different item or the same item in a different size, provided it is available. We are unable to credit original shipping costs. Credit notes are processed within 2 days of receiving your items. Returned items will maintain a credit value which will not expire. Credit Notes can be used for all products on the website.

Returns items will be issued as a Store Credit to the customer. Refunds will only be offered if the items has a manufacturing fault and cannot be replaced or mended.
Before posting goods, we conduct a thorough inspection of the goods to ensure that they are sent to you in perfect condition. In the event of a manufacturing fault, we are happy to refund, repair, exchange or credit the goods. Goods must be returned within a reasonable amount of time for a refund to be considered. Full proof of purchase must also be provided, this can be in the form of a receipt or bank statement.
